How to Download IDC Controls Software

Application Developer and Servo Tuner are available for internet download by two methods:

• Single File Download
  This method allows the most convenient download when you plan to install the software on the same computer as you download to.  The advantage is that only one file is downloaded and installed.  The disadvantage is the file is too large to copy to a floppy disk to move to another computer.
  
  
• Create Floppy Disks
  This method is best when moving the downloaded software to another computer before installation.  Several files must be downloaded separately, then individually run from the computer where they are downloaded, to create floppies - one per downloaded file.  IMPORTANT NOTE:  Do not copy the single downloaded file to a floppy - it will be too large.  Instead, run the single files, one at a time, to create the floppies.  As you run the file, it will prompt you for the drive letter of your floppy disk, usually "a:\".
